Agreement between Haji Khan Yavar and Sakinah Sultan Khanum, the daughter of ‘Abd al-‘Ali Khan, regarding a one-year of crops from some land in Aqdagh-i Sufla in exchange for 20 mans [unit of weight]. Settlement of Umm Nisa’ Khanum and Karbalayi Sattar, 1878
Karbalayi Sattar, the son of the late Mawlavi Bayg, sells all his shares of inheritance to Umm Nisa’ Khanum, the daughter of the late Haji Muhammad Bayg from Ahar, in exchange for twelve tumans. The settlement includes a revocation clause for six months. The settlement was extended in 1905 or 1906 and 1912 or 1913.

Sale document between Fatimah Khanum and Karbalayi Riza ‘Attar, 1923
Fatimah Khanum has rented half of a common property, a house and a garden, in the Armanistan neighborhood of Darvazah Gajil, to Karbalayi Riza ʻAttar [the herbalist], the son of Aqa ʻAbd al-Samad, for two hundred and twenty tumans for one year, including the revocation right for one year and the monthly rent of two tumans and two thousand dinars during this time.
